This interactive cooking experience will teach you to use a knife like a professional chef, while gaining valuable skills in specific cuts and methods of cooking. Learn how to break down a whole chicken and fillet a whole salmon. You will begin with poaching techniques and plating principals and then sit down and have a meal with your new friends.
