Inspired by her recent trip to Italy, Leila is obsessed Italian food! This class begins with prosciutto and melon dressed with two sauces, and a zucchini pizzetta. Next you will learn to make gnocchi from scratch, along with focaccia. To finish you will make a decadent tart of pear, chocolate and almonds. Enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the session.

Inspired to cook just like the French? We are delighted to have Alison Maher, the French Food Coach, hosting classes in our beautiful test kitchen this September.

Cook alongside her as she creates French culinary delights from different regions. Be ready to learn, cook and socialise with other like-minded foodies – all in a stress-free environment. Plus you will take home everything you cook.

Alison was awarded the Grande Diplome from Cordon Bleu (Dux) after training in London and Paris. She then trained at the two Michelin starred Le Gavroche, before running her own catering company.

Alison will also show you how to create very handy canape morsels.
