Erica Suarez is one of our resident staff members at Williams Sonoma Bondi. Erica held a series of cooking classes with us last year, and loves to demonstrate quick and simple dishes that can be made with great ease. Erica's style of cooking is perfect for the busy parent or budding home chef looking to improve their cooking repertoire.

Why not impress the one you love this Valentine's Day with a romance-themed three-course dinner? During the class you’ll make an entrée of tangy mussels with crusty bread. Main course will be a succulent steak and seasoned french fries. End the session with the perfect crème brulée.

Leila's successful world cuisine series now takes us to the Middle East. To start you’ll make a entrée of prawn and watermelon salad with feta, mint and pomegranate. The main course is Turkish chicken with apricots and pistachio served with Israeli couscous. You’ll finish the class with a delectable dessert of pears poached in white wine, saffron and cardamom.

We are proud to have Alison Maher of The French Food Coach hosting classes in our Bondi Junction professional kitchen. You can learn the skills behind preparing French dishes, which you will cook and dine on during the class. Alison will guide you through all the essentials, such as knife skills, sauces, timing, vegetables, meats and vinaigrettes. Classes are open to all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced cooks. Alison was awarded the Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu, after training in London and Paris. She then trained at the two-Michelin-starred Le Gavroche before beginning her own catering company. Alison’s classes will be held on Saturdays.
