The class is a great spin on a traditional Sunday roast and focusses on easy-to-get ingredients.

Inspired to cook just like the French? We are delighted to have Alison Maher, the French Food Coach, hosting classes in our beautiful test kitchen this September.
Cook alongside her as she creates French culinary delights from different regions. Be ready to learn, cook and socialise with other like-minded foodies – all in a stress-free environment. Plus you will take home everything you cook.
Alison was awarded the Grande Diplome from Cordon Bleu (Dux) after training in London and Paris. She then trained at the two Michelin starred Le Gavroche, before running her own catering company.

It's a tart day! Our French regional cooking tour commences in Paris to learn Tarte Tatin. Learn the all-important pastry making technique plus the fun of making caramel. This French apple tart is a classic, known for its amazing taste. This will become your go-to dessert, especially as it can be made with different fruits or vegetables, such as pear, onion, banana and tomato. Alison will also show you how to create very handy canape morsels.
