Kids in the Kitchen: Cupcakes

There's no better way to spend Saturday than to be baking the most delicious vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. Your junior baker will learn how to make cupcake batter from scratch, as well as how to cook and decorate their cupcakes to perfection.

$65 per person includes demonstration, hands-on cooking session and all course materials. This course is designed for children between ages 6 - 12.

Masterclass: Sourdough Pizza

Impress your friends and family by mastering the art of sourdough pizza. Chef Damiano Cuocci will guide you through the process of fermentation, as well as using freshly milled flours to create a light and airy dough. Dinner will be served hot out of the oven.

Kids in the Kitchen: Sunday Brunch

Everybody loves pancakes, especially when they're served with bacon! In this fun class, your little chef will learn how to make the lightest, fluffiest pancakes and a sweet side of candied bacon. Their newfound skills will mean less cooking for you!

Basic Knife Skills

Master the art of chopping, slicing and dicing like a professional chef. In this class, we'll cover classic French cuts such as brunoise, julienne and paysanne, as well as the different purposes for each knife. Then we'll put your new techniques to the test and make a Moroccan tabouli salad for lunch.

Fish with Flair

Discover the secrets to cooking fish to perfection at home. We'll show you how to correctly prepare and cook fish so it doesn't fall apart when you flip it. You'll also learn how to fillet like a pro! To round out our lunch, we'll make garlic-roasted potato puree and spinach with pancetta.

Sri Lankan Fish Curry

Travel with us to Sri Lanka as we explore the country's colourful cuisine and prepare an authentic fish curry. We'll also make pilau rice - an easy by delicious dish that is fragrant with spices - to serve alongside. This will be a flavoursome feast to remember!

Date Night: Sardinia

Grab your sweetheart and let us whisk you off to the Mediterranean island of Sardinia! Together, we'll prepare culurgiones, traditional Sardinian stuffed dough pockets whose name means "little bundles", and toss them with a homemade tomato ragu. Also on the menu: roasted lemon and fregola salad.

Baking & Pastry

Calling all bakers! In this fun class, you'll learn how to make some irresistible sweets: a tres leches (sponge) cake, buttermilk tart and ricotta fritters - all guaranteed crowd-pleasers. You'll even take some treats home for later enjoyment.

Masterclass: Pasta

Want to take your pasta-making skills to the next level? This is the class for you! We'll prepare pasta dough from scratch, and then cut, shape and fill tortellini with delicate goat's cheese and serve it with a classic sauce of brown butter and sage. We'll also make fresh tomato ragu. Bellissimo!

Farm to Table: Spring Salads

Celebrate the arrival of spring with crisp, garden-fresh salads. We'll put a creative twist on fattoush - a Middle Eastern salad that combines toasted pita bread with greens and other vegetables. You'll also make a classic French Niçoise salad with seared tuna. What better way to welcome the new season!

Farm to Table: Springtime BBQ

Welcome spring with a first-of-the-season barbecue. In this class, we'll whip up a fantastic meal that includes Korean-style short ribs, ancho chilli corn bread and sesame slaw. Then head home and re-create this alfresco menu for family and friends - we know they'll be impressed!
