Delivery Information

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the products in your order. A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order.

Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.

4 Types of Delivery

1. Small Parcel

Small items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Australia Post or our freight partner. All orders must be signed for on delivery; if no-one is available to sign for the delivery, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details.

Once your order has been fulfilled at our Distribution Centre (for in-stock items allow up to 3 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:

Unable to receive your order in person?
If you would like to request to have the item left if no one is available to sign for the delivery, you can select to authorise the delivery agent to leave your parcel unattended on the Delivery page during the check–out process. The criteria are that the delivery location must be a safe and secure location protected from the elements and away from public view, the location cannot be a shared entrance or common space. If delivery location does not meet these criteria then a card will be left if no one is available to sign. If you do not select this option, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left if no one is available to sign for the delivery. The driver will take a photo of the delivery location to document its location.

2. Small Standard

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home–delivery partner. They will deliver your items into your room of choice except for in select country and remote locations. Following placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 7–10 days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas. Except for in select country and remote locations, after confirming your delivery date, you will receive a text message the evening before confirming your 3–hour delivery window. On approach to your home, the delivery team will call you 30–60 minutes before arrival. After completion of your delivery, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your delivery experience. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details.

3. Standard

Large furniture and homeware items that do not require Deluxe delivery are delivered to your home by our home–delivery partner. They will deliver your items into your room of choice except for in select country and remote locations. Following placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 7–10 days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas. Except for in select country and remote locations, after confirming your delivery date, you will receive a text message the evening before confirming your 3–hour delivery window. On approach to your home, the delivery team will call you 30–60 minutes before arrival. After completion of your delivery, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your delivery experience. 4. Deluxe

For Deluxe delivery items, we employ a more specialised delivery service except in select country and remote locations as designated in our Delivery Charge Tables. Your furniture may arrive pre–assembled and repackaged for safe transit. Items are carefully carried into the room of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled and all packaging is removed from your home and responsibly recycled whenever possible. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or other electronic equipment.
Following the placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 7–10 days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas. Deluxe delivery is not available to all areas. If shipping is available to your postcode, you will receive an estimated cost upon entering your information. If we are unable to deliver or restrictions apply, you will receive a clarifying message.

DELIVERY CHARGES

1. Free Delivery
Final order amounts of $149 and above will ship free Australia–wide for Small Parcel & Small Standard Orders to Metro + Regional Areas. Gift cards, gift wrap, delivery fees and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum $149 purchase requirement. The $149 threshold must be reached after any applicable discounts have been applied. Free delivery offer does not apply to Standard or Deluxe/Furniture products or Small Parcel Country and Remote deliveries.

2. Flat-rate Delivery
Delivery is charged at $14.95 per order on orders totalling less than $149 for Small Parcel and Small Standard in Metro and Regional Areas. Flat-rate delivery offer excludes Small Parcel and Small Standard Orders in Country and Remote Locations as well as all Standard and Deluxe/Furniture items.

3. Deluxe / Furniture Delivery
In the following instances, delivery fees will be charged per order, determined by your delivery destination and type of product in your order:

  • All Small Parcel and Small Standard items delivering to Country and Remote Locations;
  • All Standard items; and
  • All Deluxe items.

STOCK ON ORDER

We will ship any out-of-stock items you may have ordered as soon as they are back in stock. The “stock status” date indicated online at your time of purchase should be used as a guide only and may be subject to change. In the event of an extended delay, we will notify you by email.

PRICES

All prices quoted online include GST. All prices quoted online exclude shipping and delivery charges.

EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY ITEMS

Please note that a handful of our furniture items have strict delivery limitations due to their exceptional weight and size. Where applicable, this is clearly outlined on the product’s page. Before placing your order of these large items, we strongly advise you contact our Customer Care team on 1800 231 380 to find out if your address meets our Exceptional Delivery Criteria. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order where necessary. Once you place an order for this item, you will automatically be contacted by our team to confirm your delivery eligibility. You will not be charged for this item until your order is manually approved by our Customer Care team. Our delivery team will make every effort to fulfil all order requests where possible. Cancellation of an Exceptional Delivery is only made in the interests of safety for the delivery team, logistical limitations, and for the protection of your property.

Examples of delivery criteria include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Delivery is only available to locations where we offer our full Deluxe service. Check excluded locations by postcode;
  • Property must be without stairs (ground floor), on a stable, flat ground (no inclines);
  • There must be clear access from delivery vehicle to kitchen (minimum entry width of 950mm, including any internal doorways).

The regular Deluxe Delivery charges apply for these Exceptional items. For further details, please contact Customer Care or your local store.

For delivery of large furniture pieces and certain other oversized items we employ the specialist services of our Home Delivery freight partner. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery.

In some areas, we are unable to provide our room-of-choice delivery service for Standard Delivery items and our full Deluxe service for Deluxe Delivery items due to the delivery location.
