Crafted exclusively for us, his time-saving sauces and seasonings make it easy to expand your culinary horizons. This signature spin on a Veracruz-style fish marinade is a bright blend of tangy citrus, zesty red and yellow peppers, aromatic cumin and tangy achiote paste. Use it to elevate everything from fish tacos and grilled fish to shrimp, vegetables and steak. The sauce also makes a great condiment or dip.

- Orange juice concentrate, garlic, lemon juice concentrate, red peppers, yellow peppers, achiote paste (vinegar, annatto seed, spices, salt, garlic), sea salt, cumin, xanthan gum, Mexican oregano, ascorbic acid, cane sugar, less than 1/10 of 1% of: potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative), black pepper.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, fish (anchovies), mustard.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinade ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients
- 177ml (0.75 cup) Fiesta Fish Taco Marinade (included)
- 454g boneless, skinless fish fillets
Directions
- Combine marinade and fish in sealable plastic bag or non-reactive bowl. Seal bag or cover bowl and refrigerate for 2–4 hours.
- Remove fish from marinade and reserve remaining marinade. Grill fish as desired, brushing with reserved marinade.
- During final stages of grilling or right before serving, brush or spoon remaining sauce from jar over fish, if desired.
- Serve on warmed or grilled tortillas and drizzle with Aarón Sánchez Garlic Chipotle Love Sauce, if desired.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
