- Explore the authentic flavours of Mexico with our signature seasoning created by award-winning chef Aarón Sánchez. Inspired by the savoury-sweet complexity of classic, slow-cooked mole sauces, Aarón’s Mole My Way dry blend is as simple to use as a spice rub. Chilli peppers lend a mild heat that’s balanced by aromatic herbs and spices, fruits and cocoa and a hint of brown sugar. Use it to elevate everything from grilled chicken and steak to roasted pork, tofu and vegetables.

- Crafted in the USA using domestic and imported ingredients. Imported packaging.
- Chilli pepper, salt, dehydrated brown sugar, cornmeal, caramelised sugar powder, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, garlic, onion), organic raisin powder (raisin, rice flour, sunflower lecithin), apricot powder (apricot, maltodextrin, corn starch, sunflower lecithin), spices (black pepper, cumin, fennel, oregano, cinnamon, cloves), banana powder, red wine vinegar (maltodextrin, red wine vinegar), cocoa (processed with alkali) and no more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, tree nuts (almond, pecan, coconut), mustard.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Simply drizzle a bit of oil over chicken pieces and sprinkle liberally with Mole My Way seasoning.
- Let the chicken stand, uncovered, for 30 minutes, then cook as desired.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime, if desired, and serve.
- Also great with steak, pork, tofu or vegetables. We recommend 2–3 Tbs. per 454 g (1 lb) of protein or vegetables.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. A item’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
