The premium PTFE non-stick coating is reinforced with ceramic particles for easy release, improved scratch-resistance and superior longevity. Each piece boasts a durable hard-anodised recycled aluminium body with an anti-warp stainless steel base for consistent, even heat on all cooktops – including induction. Perfect for sautéing, searing, browning and deglazing, this versatile pan combines a wide, flat cooking surface with tall sides that help contain splatters. It comes with a tight-fitting stainless steel lid that makes it ideal for simmering and braising.

Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 260°C (lid is safe to 177°C).
- Use plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to maintain non-stick surface.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Non-stick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.

An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
