Use
- Bakeware is oven and broiler safe up to 260°C.
- Cooling rack is oven safe up to 232°C.
- Safe for use with nonstick, nylon, silicone and wood utensils.
- Avoid using cooking sprays, as they can damage nonstick coating.
- Freezer safe.
Care
- Allow to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Bakeware may discolour if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discoloured areas, rub with cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar. Alternatively, use high-quality nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. A item’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.

Click & Collect
Some of our stores offer Click & Collect in-store pick-up options. To find out whether an item is eligible for you to collect at a store, check the product's information page above. After you choose the item's colour and/or size, you'll be able to select a store for Click & Collect if the item is available. No delivery charges apply.
