• Unbleached enriched flours (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, wild blueberries (blueberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), buttermilk powder, blueberry pieces (sugar, corn syrup, corn cereal, corn starch, palm oil, natural flavour, dried blueberries, fruit and vegetable extract), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate/leavening), vegetable oil (canola oil [ascorbic acid and rosemary added to preserve freshness] and or sunflower oil), sea salt, sodium acid pyrophosphate (leavening), natural flavour, natural vanilla flavour, monocalcium phosphate (leavening).

• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (pecans, coconut, almonds), wheat/gluten.

Receiving Instructions

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature.

Preparation Instructions

• In large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk 2 large eggs, 3/4 cup milk (180ml) and 4 Tbs. melted unsalted butter until well blended.
• Add 283g (2 cups) dry mix into bowl containing liquid and blend gently using whisk or rubber spatula just until all dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
• Drop 1/4 cup onto preheated griddle (177°C) and cook until surface is filled with bubbles, edges are beginning to look dry and bubbles start to pop on surface of pancake (approx. 2 minutes). Bottoms should be medium golden brown in colour.
• Flip pancakes over and cook second side approx. 1 minute or until golden brown.

Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
