Brotform Bread Proofing Basket
A staple of European bakeries, this style of proofing basket is called a brotform in Germany. It allows bread dough to rise evenly into a uniform shape while the rattan coils draw out moisture to promote a crispy crust.

Use
- Flour basket and place kneaded dough inside for final rise.
- Transfer dough onto baking sheet or pan when ready to bake.

- Wipe basket interior clean with slightly damp cloth to remove dried dough or flour.

Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
