Use

• Wash new cookware in warm water with mild soap or dish detergent before first use. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with soft cloth.
• Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
• Use low to medium heat for most cooking.
• Oven safe to 260°C.
• Lids are oven safe to 177°C.

Care

• Dishwasher safe.
• Immediately after each use, fill pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent; let stand until lukewarm. Use sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads that make coarse scratches.
• When food is burnt in pan, stubborn black residue may remain. If soaking does not loosen, add 3cm water to pan, then add 1 Tbs. dishwasher detergent (non-lemon product). Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool in pan, then drain and rinse. Loosen residue with sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.
• Stains on the outside bottom (not sides) of pans can be removed with oven cleaner. Follow the manufacturer’s directions and spray or brush cleaner only on the outside bottom of the pan. If the directions call for using cleaner in a warm oven, heat the pan before applying cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.

Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
