Crafted of blue steel with an uptilted handle, this French pan – a design that’s remained virtually unchanged since the early 17th century – is the key to turning out light, tender crêpes. Sweet or savoury, crêpes transform any meal into a special occasion.

Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Season the pan before first use – rub the interior with oil, heat the oil to smoke point, turn off the heat and allow to cool, remove the oil and wipe the pan with dry a paper towel, heat the pan again for 2 minutes without oil.
Care
- Allow the pan to cool before washing.
- Handwash in hot water without detergent; dry immediately.
- Do not soak.
- Oil regularly to maintain seasoning.

An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
