Use
- Do not season.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- For best results, use low to medium heat.
- Oven and broiler safe to 316°C.
- To prolong the life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Do not let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable). Carbonised build-up will develop over time, causing food to stick.
- Use silicone or wood utensils to avoid scratching surfaces.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing with a soft sponge in hot, soapy water to maintain the durability of the non-stick surface.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and exterior stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser. Alternatively, use a melamine sponge occasionally (do not use daily).
- Non-stick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing the pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
