Designed in collaboration with Chef Thomas Keller, this Hestan pan delivers superior performance for roasting, searing and deglazing. It’s crafted of triple-bonded stainless steel with an aluminium core for precise, even heating. Ergonomic handles and a polished finish make it ideal for oven-to-table presentation. The roaster comes with a tension-fit rack that elevates meat and poultry above liquids for perfectly crisp results.

Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 316°C.
- Use medium to low heat for best performance.
- Avoid using high heat when preheating empty pan.
- Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using wood, silicone or plastic utensils to maintain appearance over time.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing with warm, soapy water and soft sponge to maintain polished finish.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh abrasives.
- Dry thoroughly to maintain lustre and prevent water spots.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
