Williams Sonoma Himalayan Salt Plank with Holder
Sourced from natural salt deposits in the Himalayas, this mineral-rich plank adds complex flavour to many different types of food. Heat it on the barbecue to sear seafood and meat, or chill it before serving fruit, vegetables and cheese with a hint of salt. Naturally antimicrobial, the plank is durable and easy to clean. The supportive holder – crafted of porcelain-coated metal – is fashioned with a substantial base and angled handles for easy transport and pleasing presentation.

Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven safe to 230°C.
- Ensure salt plank is completely dry before using on barbecue.
- With time and use, plank shape will get smaller and colour will change.
- Plank can be used repeatedly until it eventually diminishes with use.
- Freezer safe.
Care
- Scrub with mildly abrasive brush, then wipe with damp cloth.
- Dry on rack for at least 24 hours before using again.
- Do not immerse in water or leave under running water.

Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
