True to its name, this versatile, hardworking pan from Le Creuset is made for daily use. It's crafted of heavyweight cast iron for superior heat retention, and features a black satin enamel interior that develops a natural patina over time, making it virtually nonstick and easy to clean. Ideal for searing, sautéing, browning and one-pan meals, the durable pan combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. It requires very little oil, so it's great for low-fat cooking.

Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
- Oven and broiler safe to 260°C.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
- Do not slide pan on stovetop.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
