Use
- Not for use with stovetop or any other direct heat source.
- Oven safe to 260°C. Use oven mitts for lifting at all times.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel surface.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on a hard surface.
- When using under the grill, allow gap of no less than 6cm between rim of cocotte and heat source.
- Handles may become hot during prolonged microwave use, especially if handles are enclosed with plastic wrap. Cover open top of dish, leaving handles exposed.
- Do not place frozen dish in preheated oven. Place frozen dish in cold oven and set temperature, allowing dish and oven to heat together. Before serving, always check that centre of food is completely and uniformly hot.
Care
- Allow to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
