For the Portland, Oregon, company, it's a labour of love, sourcing local herbs and fresh produce whenever possible and hand stamping each batch they make. The unique spice blends and flavour combinations bring on the heat. This gift set includes four fiery sauces: Red Chilli Lime, Smoked Habañero BBQ, Habañero Carrot Curry and Serrano Ginger Lemongrass.
- Red Chilli Lime:Tart and savoury, this bold sauce offers up-front heat followed by sweetness. Smooth in texture and bright in flavour, it's crafted with Portland Oregon's Bee Local honey and Jacobsen sea salt.
- Smoked Habañero Barbeque:Spicy and smoky, with hints of cinnamon and cloves, this flavourful sauce has won national awards.
- Habañero Carrot Curry:An exotic blend of hot chilles and sweet carrots, with habañero peppers lending both heat and flavour.
- Serrano Ginger Lemongrass:This flavourful sauce is sweet with a punch of heat. Citrus balances hot serrano peppers and complements aromatic lemongrass and ginger.

Red Chili Lime:
- Tomatoes, red chili peppers, onion, lime juice, rice vinegar, garlic, sugar, Bee Local honey, Jacobsen sea salt.
Smoked Habañero BBQ:
- Tomatoes, onion, distilled vinegar, brown sugar, paprika (smoked and sweet), garlic, Jacobsen sea salt, white balsamic vinegar, molasses, Bee Local honey, carrots, habañero pepper, ginger, curry powder, red chili flakes, cayenne pepper, water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, garbanzo bean flour, turmeric, black pepper, onion powder.
Habañero Carrot Curry:
- Tomatoes, distilled vinegar, onion, white balsamic vinegar, carrots, habañero chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, water, cane sugar, Jacobson sea salt, curry powder, mustard powder, garbanzo bean flour, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, onion powder.
Serrano Ginger Lemongrass:

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the products in your order. A product's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately, but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order.
