Love baking outdoors with the Ooni pizza oven? It's even easier with this Ooni infrared thermometer, which tells you exactly when your pizza stone is ready to bake a beautiful Neapolitan pizza with a chewy crust and crisp base. Simply aim it at the middle of the baking stone to get a reading. Ooni recommends 400°C as the target temperature for cooking a pizza in 60 seconds.

Care
- To keep readings accurate, the lens must be clear of dirt, dust, moisture, fog, smoke and debris.
- To clean the lens, blow off loose particles using clean compressed air. Gently brush any remaining debris away with a moist cotton cloth.
- Clean the case with a damp sponge or cloth and mild soap.
- If you are storing your Ooni Infrared Thermometer for extended periods without use, remove the battery and store indoors.

An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
