Use
- Designed for use with propane gas.
- Use stone for dry, bread-based ingredients. Cook meat, vegetables and other wet dishes in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware.
- Stone is reversible – flip when cool for even wear.
- Allow oven to cool completely before moving or storing.
Care
- Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
- To clean stainless steel parts: Use Bar Keepers Friend Power Cream and rough side of sponge.
- To clean powder-coated parts: Use warm, soapy water and a lint-free cloth.
- To clean stone: Use Ooni Pizza Oven Brush (sold separately) or other wire brush to clear debris, excess flour or food. Interior heat will clean stone thoroughly. Do not use water or liquid cleaners on stone as this can cause cracking.

A item’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
