Turn any barbecue into an outdoor smoker with our extra-large smoker box. Sized to fit inside a barbecue the large, lidded box houses a solid tray for aromatic wood chips or fragrant herbs, with a perforated tray stacked on top to circulate heat and smoke. Simply brush seasoned meat, seafood or vegetables with oil, place them on top of the filled smoker box and place in preheated grill to add hearty wood-smoked flavour.

Use
- Tray is intended for gas or charcoal barbecues, not for use on infrared grills.
- Place a single layer of wood chips in the bottom tray of the smoker box and place it on an outdoor barbecue.
- Preheat the barbecue and heat until the chips begin to smoke.
- Season meat, seafood or vegetables as desired, brush with oil and place on top of the perforated tray of the smoker box.
- Set the perforated tray of the smoker box, set the perforated tray over the bottom tray containing the smoking chips and cover with the smoker box lid.
- Use heat-safe gloves when handling smoker tray.
- Caution: Handles will get hot. Use oven mitts or gloves when handling.
Care
- Cool tray before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
