Made using premium ingredients, these special blends all begin with America’s finest organic pastry flour, sourced from family farms, then custom milled. Decorating your home-baked cakes couldn’t be easier – a sprinkling of icing sugar or a simple glaze is all you need.
Devil's Food is as decadently dark and rich as its name implies. For intense chocolate flavour, we use a classic combination of dark cocoa and a dash of fine Brazilian coffee. All you need to add are eggs, butter and water. 907 gm.
Vanilla Bean elevates a simple dessert to the truly sublime, creating a buttery golden cake flecked with bits of Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. The only ingredients you'll need to add are eggs, butter and water.
Red Velvet creates a beautiful scarlet cake that's the ultimate version of a classic American dessert. For the richest, most decadent chocolaty flavour, we use premium dark cocoa. Just combine the mix with eggs, oil, buttermilk and vinegar.

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
