Thoughtfully designed with a centre cutout and juice canal on both sides, this reversible cutting board is ideal for carving and slicing roasted chicken, turkey and other large cuts of meat. It’s crafted from sustainably sourced acacia – an exceptionally durable hardwood that’s naturally gentle on blades. The perimeter well helps collect liquids and prevent spillage onto benchtops.

Use
- Avoid using cooking oil such as olive oil and canola oil.
Care
- Clean after each use.
- Handwash with hot, soapy water.
- Do not clean in dishwasher or soak in water.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Dry with towel or air-dry.
- Make sure the board is completely dry before storing.
- Apply food-safe mineral oil twice per month to keep the board in top condition. Allow oil to be absorbed for at least six hours. For best results, leave oil on the board overnight. After the oil is absorbed, wipe off any excess using a clean, dry cloth.

An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
