Designed exclusively for us in Solingen, Germany, our high-performance Encore cutlery collection makes everyday prep tasks easy and efficient. The knives combine ultra-sharp German steel blades with user-friendly ergonomic handles. To ensure superior strength, durability and edge retention, each razor-sharp blade is made of X50CrMo stainless steel. This 10-piece set includes three essential prep knives, four steak knives, a honing steel, shears and a handsome rubberwood storage block.

Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone or frozen food, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Handwash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, knives should not need sharpening more than once or twice per year.
- Sharpen knives using whetstone or knife sharpener designed to sharpen at 14-degree angle, or have them sharpened by a professional.
- Store in safe place to protect edges and prevent injury.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
