Now, you can whip up a batch at home with our stracciatella starter, a decadent combination of premium vanilla and dark chocolate shavings. It’s prepared with the finest ingredients, including pure cane sugar, natural vanilla and chocolate sourced from around the world. Just mix the starter with half-and-half and heavy cream, pour it into an ice cream maker and freeze.

- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
- 1 gelato starter packet
- 1 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Place ice cream maker bowl in freezer and cool according to manufacturer's instructions.
In large bowl, whisk half-and-half with heavy cream until combined.
Stir in 1 starter packet and whisk 3–5 minutes or until dissolved.
Add mixture to chilled ice cream maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer's instructions for 20 minutes or until thickened.
Transfer gelato to freezer-safe bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap, freeze for 30 minutes and remove.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
