- It’s easy to make classic Mexican red rice with our time-saving starter. The exclusive recipe combines tomato, red pepper, dried chillis, garlic and coriander with peas, carrots and parboiled rice. Just follow the step-by-step instructions to create a delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with grilled meat, tacos or enchiladas. The flavourful blend also makes a great burrito filling.

- Enriched parboiled rice (rice, iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), tomato powder, green peas, salt, onion, carrots, tomatoes, 2% or less of: garlic, sunflower oil, lemon powder (rice maltodextrin, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil), red pepper powder, dried chillis, coriander.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts (all), mustard.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Starter ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months. For best results, consume shortly after opening.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
