Use
- Before each use, handwash the pan with hot, soapy water.
- Oven safe to 191°C.
- Use wood, silicone, plastic or other non-metal utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- For best results, lightly spray each well with flour-based non-stick spray. This will help ensure easy release and superior pattern definition.
- When pouring batter, begin with a small amount, making sure that the liquid fills in all of the pan details.
- To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 2/3 full.
- Gently tap the pan on the benchtop several times to release excess air bubbles from the batter.
- After baking, cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- To unmould, tap the pan firmly a few times. Invert onto a cooling rack and remove the pan.
- Allow cakelets to cool completely before decorating.
Care
- Handwash.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- To remove baked-on food particles, scrub lightly with a soft sponge or kitchen brush.
- Dry thoroughly.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
