Why We Love It
- Our restaurant-quality orecchiette is made exclusively for us by master Italian artisans in Gragnano. Just south of Mount Vesuvius, the region features conditions that are ideal for producing 100% durum wheat pasta. These ear-shaped noodles are bronze-die-cut and slow-dried for shape and flavour, with a rough texture that helps capture your favourite pasta sauce.

Receiving Instructions
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 36 months. Once open, store in airtight container and enjoy within 3 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Fill pot with 0.9 L. of water.
- Bring water to complete boil, then add salt and pasta.
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Drain and serve with sauce and toppings of your choice.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
