- The secret to delicious sorbet, our exclusive starter showcases the sunny island-inspired flavours of sweet pineapple and tropical mango, enhanced with tangy lemon and key lime. Prep is simple – just combine it with water, pour the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze. The ready-to-use syrup is also great for creating slushies and granitas and drizzling over shave ice.

- Cane sugar, pineapple juice concentrate, mango puree, water, natural mango flavour, key lime juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, agave nectar, rice starch, citric acid, ascorbic acid, xanthan gum, natural pineapple flavour, sea salt.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, fish (anchovies), mustard.
Receiving Instructions
- Starter ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.
Preparation Instructions
Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 bottle sorbet starter (included)
- 473mL water
Directions
- Pour sorbet starter in pre-frozen tub of 1.9L ice cream maker.
- Add water. Stir well, then churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer immediately to freezer-safe container, cover and store in freezer.
Slushy
Ingredients
- 118mL sorbet starter (included)
- 330g ice
Directions
- Place ice in blender and add sorbet starter.
- Blend on highest setting until mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
- Serve immediately.
Granita
Ingredients
- 1 bottle sorbet starter (included)
- 710mL water
Directions
- Mix sorbet starter with water and pour in large flat pan or freezable plastic container. Cover and place in freezer.
- Stir mixture well every 40 minutes using fork, until icy enough to scoop, approx. 2 hours. Be sure to scrape mixture well from sides and over top every time you stir it.
- Serve immediately.

Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
