Use
- For best results, roll cookie dough to 0.5 cm thick directly on baking paper, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for a few minutes until cold, but not frozen.
- Remove from freezer and leave plastic wrap on top of dough while quickly cutting dough with cutters. Plastic wrap prevents dough from sticking to cutters and promotes definition.
- Carefully remove plastic wrap and place cut dough on cookie sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place cookie sheet in freezer. The cold environment will help prevent dough from rising and erasing cutter details.
- Preheat oven to temperature determined by recipe. When ready to bake, remove cut dough from freezer and place on room-temperature cookie sheet lined with baking paper before placing in oven.
- Bake for time determined by recipe.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
