    Care

    • Filter baskets and portafilter should be rinsed under hot water directly after use to remove all residual coffee oils. If holes in filter baskets become blocked, use steam wand cleaning tool to unblock holes. Do not put portafilter in dishwasher.
    • Steam nozzle should be purged and wiped clean after each use.
    • Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
    • Handwash drip tray.
    • Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
    • Descaling: When descale cycle benchtop reaches 250, the 2 Cup button will continuously flash, indicating machine needs descaling using the included descaling powder.

An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.     Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.

    Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
