Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Taking care of our customers, employees and our service providers is our top priority. As the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation continues to evolve and after careful consideration, we have made the decision to resume our Deluxe Delivery service and our room of choice service for Small Standard and Standard delivery items.

Our Home delivery partners will maintain physical distancing, good hygiene and other critical steps throughout the delivery process. You will receive a text message in advance of your delivery which must be completed prior to the delivery to ensure the process is safe for both you and the drivers. Please ensure that the space for the delivery is clear and ready for the new product to be placed in your desired location.

If you are unwell at the time of your delivery, we would be happy to arrange for front-door service as an alternative.

We continue to follow current guidelines and restrictions set by the Australian government to ensure that we are doing all that is possible for our teams and community to remain protected, while continuing to serve our customers’ needs in creating a comfortable and functional home.

Delivery Information

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the products in your order. A product’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order.

Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

SMALL PARCEL

Small items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Australia Post or our freight partner. All orders must be signed for on delivery; if no–one is available to sign for the delivery, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details.

Once your order has been fulfilled at our Distribution Centre (for in–stock items allow up to 6 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:

Unable to receive your order in person?
If you would like to request to have the item left if no one is available to sign for the delivery, you can select to authorise the delivery agent to leave your parcel unattended on the Delivery page during the check-out process. The criteria are that the delivery location must be a safe and secure location protected from the elements and away from public view, the location cannot be a shared entrance or common space. If delivery location does not meet these criteria then a card will be left if no one is available to sign. If you do not select this option, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left if no one is available to sign for the delivery. The driver will take a photo of the delivery location to document its location.

SMALL STANDARD

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home–delivery partner. They will deliver your items into your room of choice except in select country and remote locations. Following placement of your order, except in select country and remote locations, you will be contacted by text message, to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. In select country and remote locations, you will be contacted via phone. Please allow up to 2 working days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this text or call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 10 days of your text or call for metro deliveries and up to 19 days for all other areas. After confirming your delivery date, except in select country and remote locations, you will receive a text message the evening before confirming your 3–hour delivery window. On approach to your home, the delivery team will call you 30–60 minutes before arrival. After completion of your delivery, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your delivery experience. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details.

STANDARD

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home–delivery partner. This service will deliver your items into your room of choice except for in select country and remote locations. DELUXE

For Deluxe delivery items, we employ a more specialised delivery service, except in select country and remote locations as designated in our Delivery Charge Tables. Your furniture may arrive pre–assembled and repackaged for safe transit. Items are carefully carried into the room of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled and all packaging is removed from your home and responsibly recycled whenever possible. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach bedheads to existing bed frames, install lighting or other electronic equipment.

Following placement of your order, except in select country and remote locations, you will be contacted by text message, to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. In select country and remote locations, you will be contacted via phone. Please allow up to 2 working days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this text or call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 10 days of your text or call for metro deliveries and up to 19 days for all other areas. After confirming your delivery date, except in select country and remote locations, you will receive a text message the evening before confirming your 3–hour delivery window. On approach to your home, you will receive a call from the delivery team 30–60 minutes before; and following the completion of delivery, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your delivery experience.

Shipping Rates & Locations

Deluxe delivery is not available to all areas. If shipping is available to your postcode, you will receive an estimated cost upon entering your information. If we are unable to deliver or restrictions apply, you will receive a clarifying message.

Excludes delivery charges, gift wrap and prior purchases. The $149 threshold must be reached after any applicable discounts have been applied. $14.95 Flat Rate shipping applies to Small Parcel and Small Standard orders to Metro and Regional orders less than $149. Flat Rate shipping excludes Small Parcel and Small Standard orders to Country and Remote locations, as well as all Standard and Deluxe/Furniture items. Stock on Order

We will ship any out-of-stock items you may have ordered as soon as they are back in stock. The “stock status” date indicated online at your time of purchase should be used as a guide only and may be subject to change. In the event of an extended delay, we will notify you by email.

Standard + Deluxe Delivery ‑ Postcode Exclusions

For delivery of large furniture pieces and certain other oversized items we employ the specialist services of our Home Delivery freight partner. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. In some areas, we are unable to provide our room-of-choice delivery service for Standard Delivery items and our full Deluxe service for Deluxe Delivery items due to the delivery location. Our room-of-choice delivery service for Standard Delivery items and our Full Deluxe delivery service for Deluxe Delivery items is unavailable in the following postcodes. Your item/s will be delivered to your front door at your specified time, but will not be unpacked, assembled or have the packaging removed. If you have any questions, please contact us.
