• Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk chocolate chips (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), sugar, enriched yellow corn flour (degerminated yellow cornmeal, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), canola oil (oil, rosemary extract [preservative], ascorbic acid [preservative]), leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, buttermilk, natural flavours, vanilla extract.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, soy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, sesame, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, coconut).

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pancake Ingredients

• 2 cups Williams Sonoma Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
• 2/3 cup milk

Pancake Instructions

• In large bowl, whisk together mix, egg, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overmix.
• Preheat griddle to medium high. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
• Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes more. Serve warm.
• Makes 8 pancakes.

Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.

Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
