- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature.
Preparation Instructions
Pancake Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk
- 1 Tbs. butter, melted
Pancake Instructions
- Preheat griddle to 177°C.
- Beat egg and milk or buttermilk together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Ladle onto griddle. Flip pancakes when air bubbles begin to pop. Remove when cooked on both sides.
Waffle Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 142 g water
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
Waffle Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Beat egg and water together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Ladle onto waffle maker. Use tongs to remove waffles when they turn golden brown.
- Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn flour, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), malt powder, salt, sugar, buttermilk, artificial flavour.

Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
