Use
- Preheat barbecue.
- Set water valve to OFF position, fill with water, turn on water valve and brush away food residue and grease.
- Brush releases measured amount of water as you clean, which turns to steam when it hits the grate. For more steam, loosen fill cap.
- For hard-to-clean areas, flip brush over to release water from three-row crud-buster scraper.
- Brush and clean grate in crosswise direction to remove baked-on residue.
- After each use, empty excess water and leave valve in ON position.
Care
- Brush heads are dishwasher safe.
- Replace brushes periodically and check before each use.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. A item’s delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.

Click & Collect
Some of our stores offer Click & Collect in-store pick-up options. To find out whether an item is eligible for you to collect at a store, check the product's information page above. After you choose the item's colour and/or size, you'll be able to select a store for Click & Collect if the item is available. No delivery charges apply.
