- Whip up creative ramen dishes with our authentic Japanese-style noodles. Crafted with simple traditional ingredients, they turn out delicately chewy, deliciously savoury and perfect for nearly any preparation. Combine the noodles with broth and vegetables to make soup, add them to stir-fries, or serve them hot or cold with your favourite dressing or sauce.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Noodles ship fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Add noodles to boiling water and simmer for approx. 4 minutes, or until tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Drain and rinse with cold water before serving.
We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
